Amada Aries 245

The Aries 245 NC model blends high-speed performance with long-term durability. It is the ideal punch press for light to medium gauge sheet metal fabrication.

3 Auto Index Stations - provide maximum flexibility by simplifying tooling inventories and reducing tool set-up time. Tools can be rotated in increments of 0.01 degrees enabling the processing of complex shaped parts with the minimum number of tools.

Amada RG-100

The Amada press brake is a precision hydraulic up acting system. Unique design features eliminate time consuming set up procedures such as shimming and tool alignment. The Amada press brake utilizes a centrally located primary cylinder that ensures parallel beam deflection and uniform bends. Two additional outboard cylinders assist in spreading the bending force evenly along the bend's length. The RG 100 is designed for fast, versatile and safe material processing. It boosts 110 tons of capacity and a bed length of 10 feet. There are 100" between the frames, with an open height of 14.5". The maximum travel distance of the ram is 4", while the back gauge can travel 19.6"

Amada Vipros 255

The Vipros 255 model blends high-speed performance with long-term durability. It is the ideal punch press for light to medium gauge sheet metal fabrication.
With the canned cycles and programmable hydraulic ram system, the turret punch press can achieve nibbling speeds approaching 1,000 hits per minute while maintaining precise control of ram position through the stroke cycle.
